It's easy to order:
- Order Online - Order VEDIT for Windows on-line, download and start using the full product immediately! Your credit number number is safe and secure. Details. (We also don't track your purchase and don't share your information with anyone!) You can also order from our Complete Price List with part numbers.
- Order form - If you are not comfortable ordering on-line, print and complete the order form (in .pdf format) and fax it to us at (734) 426-7510.
- Have us fax you an order form - Complete this form, and we will fax you an order form, typically within minutes during normal business hours (9am-5pm, EST). This form can be completed and mailed to us, or faxed at (734) 426-7510.
- Call us - You can always call us toll-free at 1-800-458-3348 to place your order and ask any questions.
To download the software and start using it ASAP:
- Download the product from the Download page.
- When ordering VEDIT for Windows, the order confirmation page includes a temporary serial-registration-number so that you can start using the full product immediately. You will receive your final serial number by email within two business days.
- For other products, e.g. the EBCDIC conversion packages, we will promptly email you the software, typically within a few hours during normal business hours (9am-5pm, Mon-Fri, Eastern Standard Time). If you need your final serial number or other software immediately, please contact us directly, preferably by calling 1-800-458-3348. Thank you!
Security
Your on-line order is safe and secure. The order entry page which requests your personal information and credit card number uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) to encrypt all information from your browser to the credit card company. Your information is never exposed on the Internet. When you reach the order entry page, you may notice that your IE or Netscape browser turns on its "lock" to indicate that the connection is secure.
Your credit card information is only sent to the credit card processing company; we do not store your credit card number in any database or on any Internet servers.
